Shipping Policy
- Shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada, as well as all states in the United States.
- All orders over $150 (pre-tax) shipping to a Canadian address receive FREE shipping
- All orders shipping to an American address are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $25
- Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Any additional costs for international shipments are at the buyers expense.
- Cupcakes and Cabernet is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once provided to the courier.
- Shipping may occur from either Lindsay or Toronto based on inventory
Return and Refund Policy
Cupcakes and Cabernet will accept refunds for certain products that were received within 5 days of delivery.
To begin a refund for your order you must:
- Email customer service at cupcakesandcabernetca@gmail.com
- Include current photos of the item(s) that you are wishing to return
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
- Return costs will be incurred by the customer
- Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items will be accepted
- All items in the sale section or purchased during ANY sale/promotion are FINAL SALE
- Any/all accessories, jewelry, food, or personal care items are marked FINAL SALE and not subject to any exchange/returns
- All Poshmark bundles are FINAL SALE and not subject to any exchange/returns
Festive Mailers
When applicable, Cupcakes and Cabernet will be using festive mailers for the holiday season. If you do not want your package possibly shipped in a festive mailer, please make not of this with your order.
