Cupcakes and Cabernet will accept refunds for certain products that were received within 5 days of delivery.
To begin a refund for your order you must:
- Email customer service at cupcakesandcabernetca@gmail.com
- Include current photos of the item(s) that you are wishing to return
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
- Return costs will be incurred by the customer
- Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items will be accepted
- All items in the sale section or purchased during ANY sale/promotion are FINAL SALE
- Any/all accessories, jewelry, food, or personal care items are marked FINAL SALE and not subject to any exchange/returns
- All Poshmark bundles are FINAL SALE and not subject to any exchange/returns
